10. Drug of choice: penidure once or penicillin V for ten days or amoxicillin for ten days
11. Secondary, easiest, 70% not taking it, 10 years or until 40 years if structural heart disease; ARF no structural heart disease for 10 years or until 21; RF with no carditis 5 years or until 21 whichever is longer
12. Endemic area life long
13. Pen V or Sulfadiazine or macrolide daily.
14. Vaccine is the answer but no available.
